I need help resetting my password for one of my accounts with username: CrimsonFlyLoco

    I can see from our logs you were able to change your password after you opened this thread.

    Are you still unable to get the password reset email?

    No, I still cannot get in.
    The username is:
    CrimsonFlyLoco
    I thought the email associated with this account was dhine@crimsonfly.net.
    But its not.
    Can you tell me what email address is associated to this account?

    The email associated to your account CrimsonFlyLoco is d***e@c********y.net I have checked the email address and it's not in our bounce list, you could reset your password now and it should be sent to that email. 

    Try going to the login page and clicking on the forgot password link: https://www.jotform.com/login 

    Enter the email address associated to your account or the account username, you should receive the email with the reset instructions, please also check your spam or junk folders since the email may have ended up there.
