Email Notifications: Not receiving notifications

    I have entered 3 email addresses for the form to be sent to, but none of the addresses are receiving notifications.

    Hi there,

    I checked your form and the email notifications seem to have not been properly set as shown below.


    There are missing fields. Perhaps you have deleted an email field that you have previously connected to your email notifications. If you look inside your email notifications, you will see that the recipients fields are empty.


    Please add emails to the Recipient Emails field in order to receive your email notification properly.
