vsovizslaAsked on March 7, 2017 at 3:31 PMI've discovered that copying the condition statements and editing them leads to them not working. I don't know if this is just an issue with V4 but the problem clearly lies with Jotform. So I have to start from scratch each time and build a new conditional statement. As there are many, all using the same logic, this has meant an awful lot of unwanted time and effort on my part. Not happy!

I have cloned your form and I made several tests, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. Each condition that I duplicated was working after it was edited and applied to new option.
On my cloned form I have duplicated conditions for FDX option and I have edited duplicated conditions to be applied to new option (Test).
Here is my cloned form: https://form.jotform.com/70655678662974
Can you please tell us with which conditions have you duplicated?
You can also switch back to Version 3 of our Form Builder and edit your form there if you think that this issue is related to Version 4 only.
You can switch back to Version 3 on settings page of your account.

I cleared my caches, switched from Chrome to Firefox & still the problems persisted. I finally switched back to Version 3, deleted all conditions that weren't working at all or not properly, created all new conditions (for the Nth time) and FINALLY, everything now works. I spent untold hours on the conditions for this form. It should NOT be that way so I can only assume that V4 is "buggy" still.

Glad that everything works now when you have switched to version 3 and edited your form there. We will keep monitoring about the Version 4 builder. However, if you will encounter again any issues, do get us back.
