    Could you tell us if that happened in particular Browser? Since I checked your form again and I see the form. 

    If you can tell us when it is not showing so we can investigate this issue further.

    Also, you could try to embed your form by using the iFrame method, here is the code:

    I would suggest you to please let us know both the webpage URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look. 

    I did check the webpage URL which you have shared it displayed the embedded form correctly. I changed the language of your website and form was displayed in all the languages. Please check the screenshot below:

    I tested your form several times but I wasn't able to replicate this issue. Could you tell us which Browser did you use to test your form?

    Our sincere apologies for the challenges your are facing.

    I have tested your form on Chrome browser and still I could not replicate the error from my end.

    Kindly share a screenshot of how this happens on your end and share with us. Also I would recommend you clear your browser cache. To do so kindly follow the guide below.

    1- refreshyourcache.com crome tells you the browser is different. "past"
    does not appear.

    You can try replacing your current embed code with your forms iFrame code:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    That may resolve the issue if the browser is having trouble with the script embedded form.

    Please try using a different internet connection. You can also try using your mobile device with a different internet connection and see if the issue still persists.
