Form not submitting

    Our form is not allowing submissions.  The REGISTER button just says "please wait" after clicking

    Hi there,

    There is a JS error in your page when submitting your form.

    To resolve this, please embed the form to your page using iFrame embed.

    Let us know if that solves the problem.
