Upgrade to Paid Account

    Hello,

     

    I have been using the free account and want to upgrade to a paid account.

    What is holding be back is an issue that I am having.

    I have my manager report form set up to send emails to 5 people and Jot Form only send it to the first email on the list?

    Is there a way to fix this? I need my manager report to go out to all 5 people listed?

    I really want to sign up for a paid account and use Jot Form for my company.

    Hello Stan,

    I'm glad that you decided to upgrade your plan.

    I checked emails associated with your form and some of them ended in the Bounce list:

    1) carleencandco@sbcglobal.net:

    Reason(s) : smtp; 553 5.3.0 alph157 DNSBL:ATTRBL 521< 129.121.160.144

    2) bethcandco@sbcglobal.net:

    Reason(s) : smtp; 553 5.3.0 alph167 DNSBL:ATTRBL 521< 129.121.92.134

    3) meredithcandco@sbcglobal.net:

    Reason(s) : smtp; 553 5.3.0 flpd568 DNSBL:ATTRBL 521< 209.126.123.106

    4)joycandco@sbcglobal.net:

    Reason(s) : smtp; 553 5.3.0 alpd682 DNSBL:ATTRBL 521< 209.126.123.106

    I removed them all from the Bounce list and that was the reason why your managers didn't receive their emails.

    Also, you can check and remove your emails from the Bounce list by checking this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
