I am really STRUGGLING here!!  I am in need of an answer; I don't know HOW you are supposed to answer my question when there isn't a place for me to enter my contact information...  I don't know how to search your forum of questions unless I go to google and search that way.

I've now run into an additional problem - yesterday I asked if there is anyway to add a text field to the payment so that I know when I go to my paypal acct WHO the registration is paying for - is there a link between paypal and the jotform database somewhere?

Today I was testing the payments via paypal.  The paypal payment worked just fine, I saw the money come in and had the opportunity to accept it, I didn't accept or decline yet.  However, the form did not save into my jotform database, it didn't show that I had any additional submissions or any payment submissions.

I am desperate on this; please respond so that I know these emails actually go to a live person.

Last week I submitted a question asking to have my username changed - well that happened which was great except I did not receive an email or anything letting me know; one day the old username didn't work and the new one I asked it to be changed to did.
