    How can I integrage a custom field I created in Insightly to my jotform.

    When I click on the "Please Select" arrow.  The custom filed is not included.  I was trying to add the custom field "Candles".

    I would like to add around 15 custom fields if this is possible.

    I checked your form current integration to Insightly and I can see the custom field was already added/used.

    I assume the issue had been resolved already? Please let us know if not.

    Actually this issue has not been resolved.  Where it says "Tags".  I would like it to say "Candles" from the Custom Field I created in Insightly.

    I would like to create custom fields for each section of my jotform.  I would like when someone clicks Candles, Candy, Coffee etc.. that it will integrate into Insightly as the product they want.

    Thank you for the clarification and explaining with more details.

    To be able to use custom fields in the mapping field screen during integration, your custom fields must be existing already in your Insightly list.
