Can you please provide more details how it was not working?
I checked the published form on the website and it was working so far as of this checking.

It appears that when you add an ssl cert to a website, that your forms
disappear from the webpage. It happened at the same time.. The link is
still correct/doesn't change but form fails to appear. I checked on
different browsers.. all the same. I had to go into form and edit and
save.... and then it appeared.. even with same code?
Checking other sites but I suspect same..
Cheers
John

Dear John,
Kindly indicate the website where the embedded form is not working, the form embedded here is working fine, I tested in FF, Chrome and Edge but was not able to reproduct the issue you are referring to.

apostlejohnauReplied on March 9, 2017 at 7:46 PMHi mate. The issue arises when you add an ssl cert to a website. The form disappears. Code is still there but form doesn't show until you go into jot form and resave it. Most odd.
I didn't know until client rang me.
Cheers
John

I see both the form and the website were actually using secure URL already. And both were working fine so far.
The published URL of our forms always uses SSL or secure URL already.
Can you please provide more details on how you meant by 'add ssl cert' on the website? We will look into it further once we get a better understanding of the problem.

apostlejohnauReplied on March 9, 2017 at 11:46 PMYou are not understanding what I am saying . 1. The form was working perfectly before we put an ssl on it.
After we put the ssl on site, the form failed to show.
No idea why this would be. I went into hot form and resaved it and them firm appeared??
Thanks
John

Hi John,
Could you please try to reproduce your issue? If you replicate, please share some screenshots.
I also didn't replicate your issue so we need more details to understand what your issue is.
I'll be awaiting for your reply.
Thank you.
