Our Team Registration form is not linking to PayPal upon submission.

I have created a calculation and conditional logic to fill the amount field but when i submit it, PayPal  webpage says "something is not working."  On the other hand, our Volunteer Registration page is set up for PayPal with products instead and that one works when linking to PayPal.  I want the Volunteer form to be the same as the Team form but have not changed anything on that one yet.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks!

I reviewed your form https://www.jotform.com/form/61174806618156 and I was able to reproduced the issue on form submission.

It was being caused by hidden field values settings of the form settings. To fix this, set the Clear Hidden Fields Values in the settings page to "Don't Clear" value.

Save the form after applying the change.

Let us know if this still did not resolve the issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. I also was able to still reproduce the issue.

Allow me more time to investigate what could be causing it. The Paypal payment integration on our form is working just fine. So the issue must be within your form.

I'll get back to this as soon as I have update.

I was able to make it work using a clone of your form. I removed the existing Paypal tool and added it back again and redo the configuration setting of the payment tool.

Please DO NOT remove the payment field on on your live form https://www.jotform.com/form/61174806618156

Because it will remove the existing data as well. You will loose the data. Better backup the data first by downloading them to be safe.

Here is my test form you can test submit https://form.jotform.com/70676848383976

I will submit a bug ticket report to our higher team support so that they can investigate what is the issue with the existing payment field on your form.

We will notify you here once we have fixed it.

We have just released a fix for this bug. Your form should now redirect to PayPal correctly.
