    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. It seems that we have a temporary issue with the server or the CDN. I have tried submitting your JotForm now and able to submit it without any issue now. 

    Could you check once again and let us know if you are still experiencing any issue? We will be happy to take a look again.
