Issue submitting my form

I am experiencing issues when trying to submit my form. It first says please wait.. and after a minute I get a message "this site can't be reached... submit.jotform.ca took too long to respond"

The issue should be resolved by now. Unfortunately, we had a temporary issue with the CPU utilization of our submission server and it is fixed now. Please check now and let us know if you are still experiencing any issues.
