Attachments not working

    Hello. We are unable to attach files to our form. Please assist in how we can fix. UPDATED: In fact it looks like we are unable to submit forms at all and the system is down. Is this widespread or just my form?

    There was a temporary glitch on the server, which is resolved now.

    Please check again and let us know if the issue persists.
