Really? Why is it every month - we have these issues. Your service used to be stellar! Never really had issues at all. Now - they are constant.
We rely on your service to run our business, but I am afraid that we can no longer do that! You service IS NO LONGER RELIABLE! The forms are down, they won't submit. You keep rolling out all these updates and upgrades, but you NEGLECT TO FIX FUNDAMENTAL ISSUES WITH YOUR BASIC SERVICE.
Why won't our forms load? Why won't our forms submit? WHY AM I UP AT MIDNIGHT ANSWERING TECH QUESTIONS FROM MY CUSTOMERS BECAUSE YOUR FORMS WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY!
MY CREDIT CARD WORKS WHEN YOU TAKE PAYMENT FOR THE SERVICES! MAYBE YOU SHOULD START CREDITING ME BACK SERVICE TIME IN DOLLARS FOR EVERY TIME A FORM FAILS TO LOAD OR A FORM FAILS TO SUBMIT.
I want to know WHY this keeps happening. I do not want to hear that "it is something we have to research on our end" or it is "something our engineers are working to resolve" because those are canned responses that we can see on nearly every single response from you across this entire forum.
WE ARE PAYING YOU TO PROVIDE A SERVICE. WE ARE ENTITLED TO ANSWERS AS TO WHY THAT SERVICE IS SUBPAR!
