If I sign up to a Free package and receive more than 10 payments a month, what happens?

I am setting up a Friends Group for our museum and would expect/hope to have more responses/payments in the first month, but then only intermittent additions. I do not wish to pay a regular monthly payment as this will be a one-off process, and we are a charity that has no money for regular subscriptions like this. Is there any way around my problem?

The 10 payment completed/payment submissions for Free plan refer to forms with payment integration on them. This is a monthly limit, if you reached or exceeded the monthly limit, all of your forms will temporarily be disabled, the monthly limits reset every 1st day of the month. If you wish to continue using the forms even if you have reached your limit, you need to upgrade to a higher subscription plan.
