Have to scroll back to top of page after clicking tabs on my form

So hopefully i can explain this clearly. I have a form with tabs. For some reason when a user clicks on the tabs the page drops down to below the tabs, which means you have to scroll up every time you want to see and select a different tab. I don't want to have to scroll back up the page to see and select a different tab. Why is it doing this?

I would like to know how you did you publish the form on the site? using IFRAME?

If so please reintegrate the code or make change to the existing code and make the following change in the IFRAME URL shown in yellow highlight below
