I use jotform on my website. It's a simple website that I built myself and I am no expert. But I was able to embed a jotform. I set this up a few years ago. I don't get many contacts through it - maybe once every few months. Last night I received a threatening message via this contact form. I wonder if your system stores any information about the sender (eg IP address). I dont think my own site does. Are you able to provide me with any details regarding the sender of the message - received at 02:56 GMT on 8th March 2017
I have included a screengrab of the threatening message. As you will see, the accusations are serious but I must assure you I have no idea whatsoever what it refers to or who has sent this message. It has come as a total surprise.
I dont know if this is a human or some sort of bot acting in some bizarre scam, but in case it is the latter, can you also please tell me if it is possible for me to add a catchpa to the form or any other method of security to prevent or limit this sort of abuse in future.
Thanks for your help in this matter.
