Form not loading on squarespace site (only after refresh)

Hello! I have a big problem with os x safari. When I load the page with the form, it doesnt show up. Only after a refresh. This is a big big problem... 

any idea how to resolve this problem??

I checked the site you provided (https://www.loftstudiocologne.com/buchungsanfrage) but I was not able to replicate the issue you are reporting. When I accessed the site, the form was loaded properly. No need to refresh the site.

I have tested the site on Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox and the form was loaded properly on both browser. May I know what browser are you using when you encounter the issue? Can you try again and check if the issue still persists?

I swapped the script to the iframe like you described in the squarespace publish info. I think this helped. Thank you!
