    Requests from forms not being delivered to email inbox

    Requests filled in via the form never reach the email address listed I have tested this with multiple email accounts without success, when fixed I need YOU to also send all of the current inbox messages to my client there is almost 200 and I will not send each manually

    I also found enquiries@spitzkoppemountaincamp.com was in IN the bounce list which I removed

    If your notifications are not coming through, your email address might be on our bounce list. You can remove yourself by following the instructions provided at :

    This usually happens when the messages are rejected by your email service provider. Our servers will try several times to deliver the messages for a given time-frame, but if the delivery constantly fails, it will mark it as "old", "rejected" or similar, and it will store your recipient email address in our bounce list. To prevent email bouncing related issues please read :
