Merhaba, Biraz önce formlarımı düzenlerken hesabım otomatik olarak suspend edildi.
Hesabımda kural ihlali içeren herhangi bir içerik bulunmamakta fakat anladığım kadarı ile sistem böyle bir durum olduğunu düşünüp hesabımı askıya aldı.
Durumu kontrol edip hesabımı açmanızı rica ediyorum.

There is a problem with form IDs 30833230008340 and 61314067642350, specifically the "TC Kimlik Numaranız" which is considered sensitive information. This explains why your account gets autosuspended.
We can re-activate your account after we remove these fields, if you accept.
