Testing without using my balance

is it possible to test my form, all the way they submission, without using part of my form allowance?

or can I delete my test after I submit?

Also I was having issues last night testing where my form would time out after I hit submit. I think it may be due to the configured list. If I added more than one item it would time out.

Unfortunately that is not possible. Each submission will be counted. Also deleting submissions will not reduce submission counter. I have checked and your account is Free. With Free account you can receive up to 100 submissions per month.

If you will test your form a lot, let us know on this thread when you are done with your testing and we will reset your submission counter. However please note that we can do this only once. 

Regarding your issue other issue - We had a temporary issue with the CPU utilization of our submission server. This issue is now resolved and you should be able to submit your form without any issues. 

I have also cloned your form and I was able to submit my cloned form without any issues.
