Will the changes on the form reflect automatically embedded form?

do I have to update website link every time I make changes to my form? Can this be done automatically?

That depends on how the form is embedded on your website, but any type of embed method will do except the Full Source Code method. So you don't have to update the link or re-embed, the changes should reflect immediately.
