Reason for a user not to be able to access a survey that was created.

    Hello all,

    A user tried to access a survey created by us with 5 different computers and cannot open it.

    "I have attempted to do the survey from a couple of different computers and continue to get the attached error screen."

    Please let us know what the problem could be.
