    Incomplete Payments are not shown on Google Spreadsheet

    How to send form data to google spreadsheet for payment nor processed or pending.

    My form is not sending data to google sheet for incomplete payment.

    Please keep in mind that Incomplete Payments will never be forwarded to your Google Spreadsheet. If you wish to see these submissions, regardless if an actual payment has been received or not, you can manually complete the submission.

    Note: Completing a submissions will NOT process any payment as there was no payment information to begin with. The system will simply treat this as a regular submission so it can be included on form reports, and that email alerts can be fired off as usual.
