Why does my email address keep ending up on the bounce list?

    This is the 2nd time I'm having this problem. The email address that I have set up to receive my jotform submissions is a valid email address. It was working just fine, and I was receiving submissions with no problem until suddenly I stopped receiving submissions. Upon logging into my jotform account, I saw a notice that said my email address had been put on a bounce list. I removed it from the bounce list, and the submissions began being delivered again.

    My question is why does this keep happening? Like I said, my email address is valid. And this is the 2nd time jotform has just randomly stopped sending me submissions, with no notification!

    We're sorry for this inconvenience. 

    I checked our email logs and I saw that your email is not in the Bounce list now. Unfortunately, I'm not able to check the reason why it ended in the Bounce list.
