We have a supervisor that is really needing there to be reminder emails sent out based on this date field that is on one of our forms.

In our case we are using this date field and time field as appointments.

How can we accomplish these reminder emails with your system?

    Thanks

    Hello crossland,

Please note that you can set your form's auto-responder email to trigger on a certain date. Please check the screenshot below:

You can also use the following app to send email newsletter to all your users as well:  http://email.jotform.io/

    Thank you!

    Thank you for your response.

Normally this would work for a lot of the forms that would need a reminder.

However, we have a different scenario going on..... On the form there is actually a field that says Date of Inspection Requested.    We need a message sent back that will remind prior to this date.   (The dates in this field are spread out.)

How can we send it out based on this field?

    Thanks

    Hello crossland,

If I understand your question correctly, you need to send reminder email on a specific date based on the date field of form. Is that correct?

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to achieve your requirement. The only option is to take advantage of http://email.jotform.io/ app to manually trigger email.

    Thank you!
