A number of our customers at government facilities are informing us that they are unable to view/access our course registration form. This form was created using JotForm and embedded into a secure web page. I read some articles/posts indicating a similar issue in 2012. Has this issue been resolved?

I can see your form working just fine on the website page you mentioned.
It is possible the user have issue on their browser also. If they continue to have issue, you can also suggest to them to try different browser. Try Chrome or Firefox browser.
