    After entering, it is not re-directed to the Thank you page link I've added.  The form just disappears while remaining on the same page.

     

    Please help

    I checked your form and I can see that the Thank You Page Redirect is configured correctly. The link is also working.

    I opened your webpage and I did a test submission. After hitting the Submit button, it redirected me to the Thank You Page link. Here's a screenshot:

    If it is still the same, please re-embed the form using the iFrame method. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code.

    If you're still experiencing some problems, I would recommend you trying another browser just to check if it will work or not. In this way, we can verify it is a browser-related issue.
