We discovered on at least one of our forms that had been working well the submit button was deleted, we suspect during your software update. We have since re-installed

I checked your forms and I couldn't find any form without Submit button. I'm not sure what happened, but Submit buttons shouldn't disappear. You can check the Revision history of your form to check what happened. Here is how to do that: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-view-form-revision-history
