Can someone call me please?   Your website is confusing.   It won't let me change the color or size of my text in the editor.

My main frustration is that it’s very hard to manipulate spacing of images and texts. Everything is so spaced out and I would like to condense it.

You can reduce the spacing by getting into the form designer mode and then adjust the Question spacing value under Styles as show in the screenshot below

I’m confused. Is there a support portal that I click the “Insert/Edit” image button?

I am sorry for the confusion. You need to login at jotform.com and reply to the thread. Use the editor of the forum to insert image.

Attachments sent with emails are not inserted in the forum.

    Hope this helps.

I cloned the form and added the image in the Text box itself, rather than keeping it in a separate box

Here is the url of the cloned form https://form.jotformpro.com/70731207047954

You can clone the same form

All I did was inserted the image and added inline style to image

    style="float: left; margin: 10px;"

I understand what you mean by insert image to the text body, what I don’t understand is what you mean by “added inline style to image”. How did you do that?

Here is how my colleague did that:

Yes I already saw that….but how did he/she do it? I want to learn so that I can do it myself.

A phone call would be so much more efficient than all this back / forth over email.

I understand but we don't have phone support, unfortunately.

What my colleague used there is HTML styling, you can check more here: https://www.w3schools.com/html/html_styles.asp

All visual changes in our forms, if they are a bit advanced, can be performed by using basic HTML and CSS. You can check this guide as well: https://www.jotform.com/help/75-Customize-Your-Form-Using-Custom-CSS-Codes

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you!

See attached screenshot.   Microsoft Word allows easy manipulation of space between text and images.   Why can't you do it like this?

We don't have a wrap text feature as of now in the editor but I can forward that to our Developer team as a feature request.

I cannot assure if the feature would be implemented soon but if the  feature is implemented, you would be updated on the same thread.

Till the time you can work with the workaround, I had specified in my previous response.

The workaround it too complicated. I will look elsewhere at other solutions.

IF you can get the wrap text feature in there that would help. Or anything that would help me manipulate the spacing layout more effectively. The GUI is pretty pitiful to be honest.

This feature has been already requested to our back-end team. If this gets implemented, you will be notified via this thread.
