Payment Integration: Add tax to subscriptions payment type

i will join in this as well do to this im getting hammered for such a simple fix we need to be abled to add tax to our subscriptions

I will raise your request to our developers on this thread. This way we can easily track how many users have request this feature. We can not give you exact time when and if this will be implemented. 

If there is any update we will inform you via this thread.
