Earlier this week, our account was downgraded from Silver package to the free package as we did not know that our credit card was expired. We have upgrade it right now back to Silver package with a new credit card, but many of the forms are missing.
The problem with this is very critical as many of our information are very critical as it is a registration mechanism for one of the biggest government project for youth in Jakarta, Indonesia. We have a very high hope that this could be resolved before this Friday, as by that day the applicants would start coming in for the project.
We have been trusting Jotform since the execution of this project last year, and we have a high hope that Jotform would solve this problem soon.

I restored 60 submissions that were removed when you account was downgraded to Free plan. Now you have 582 submissions.
I also saw that you have deleted some submissions yourself.
If is not possible to recover submissions that you deleted from submission page of your forms.
You can check your email Notifications that were sent to your when you forms were submitted and try to find deleted data there.
You can also check email history logs on your account.
