Issues Integrating my form with Box

    Hello,

    I am trying to integrate my form with my Box account and I keep getting the error message “Authentication Failed! Please check your credentials.” I have checked that I don’t have the 2-step verification setting on in Box and I tried clearing my cache. Can you help me?

    Please try again. Try to do a hard refresh (CMD+SHIFT+R or CTRL+F5). Turn back to us with the results and please include screenshots.

     

    Also please contact Box support. The issue seems to be related to your account information.
