Changing plan

Hi there,

I want to go from the Bronze level back to the Starter level.

When I do that, the message that pops up says "sorry to see you go" and "are you sure you want to cancel your subscription."

I would like to keep my account, but for the next few months I don't need the Bronze level any more.

Please confirm how I keep my account/information/forms, etc. at the Starter level.

You may go ahead to cancel the subscription, the account will be downgraded to the Started level and you will be able to conitue using our services as a Free user.

No, you will not lose the forms, but won't be able to create new ones.
