Part of one of our forms isn't showing?

    We are at the peak of registration for our March Break Camps and our form isn't showing Camper 1's Camp choices (should be right after camper information) and this is a massive issue. 

    What do we do!?

    I have checked the web page where the form is embedded and see that the Camper 1 Camp choices are being displayed normally at my end. Were you able to fix the issue?

    We figured it out we had conditions on, but deleted the primary thing that
    conditions were necessary for.

    BUT perhaps you can help.
    We want parents to only fill out one registration
    form per family ideally but when we download the form it makes it really
    hard to manage the data. Is it possible to get it to popular the fields as a
    new form somehow, populating the forms automatically for the next camper

    AND.
    Can you let me know if we can integrate our jot form with payment
    through square, which is what we take on our weekly form? We hate PayPal and
    want to integrate and easily as we can with the system we prefer
