I am unable to display or edit some of my forms - in particular LSH_JOIN (incidentally most of the forms for LSH seem to be missing). I am also therefore unable to produce a report of submissions for that form which I need to do urgently.
Can you help please?Page URL:

My investigations have revealed that all of the forms not being displayed (and there are several) have at least one thing in common: They have the older, shorter version form IDs. However, some of the forms with those older IDs are being shown just fine.
I'll submit a tictet to get this resolved for you in the shortest possible time.
Our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

I just realized that this is not the first time you've experienced this sort of problem. Anyway, we'll see if we can get things sorted out for you.

Thanks Abajan. Yes I have experienced the problem before and the problem was that they had been created using v2. Your guys told me that they had "migrated" the older forms into my new v3 list and did solve the problem at that time.
Certainly my forms all still seem to be working ok but I juist can't access them via my My Forms list.
Thanks for your support.

I am very sorry to inform you but we do not have any updates yet. The status of your ticket is set to urgent, and I hope that we will get some updates soon.
As far as I can see, your form on www.lancshumanism.org.uk/join.html web page is still using code from JotForm v2. I am not quite sure about this, but you may try to check http://v2.jotform.com/ application to see if your form data is accessible from there.
We will get back to you as soon as we can.

Thank you. I have tried that and can access the data. So the heat is off! But naturally I wouild still like all v2 forms to be migrated to v3 (even if it means losing data). I have taken off what I need. Appreciate your help

Any idea how long this will take? Once done I plan to replace the code in all my v2 sites and check all are working ok.

I am very sorry, but I can not provide any ETA on this. It seems that mentioned forms already migrated to your v3 account, but some of form properties rows corrupten on the v3 database. Our Developers are still looking into this, and trying to find some way to fix this issue.
