The server from my email detected all entries from jotform as spam

    Hi,

     

    The server from my email detected all entries from jotform as spam. I inserted  the Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses:  

     

    188.138.116.138

    107.20.173.204 174.34.57.218 174.34.57.216 174.34.57.214 174.34.57.219 208.117.50.251

    85.25.117.56

    I'm tried to whitelist the following names:

     

    form.jotform.us

    submit.jotform.co

    submit.jotform.us

     

     

     

    What can I do?

    Hi;

    We really apologize for inconvinience caused. Please contact with your email provider and request them to add JotMail's IP Addresses to their whitelist. 

    188.138.116.138

    These are jotform mail server ips, you can slo add noreply@jotform.com to your safe contact list.

    Lets know if this helps the situation.

    The request for my provider to include these IP addresses and put noreply@jotform.com  in a safe contact list were made. Nothing changed.

    We use Amazon SES to send email messages when the noreply@jotform.com Sender E-mail is selected.

    You can also try to whitelist amazonses.com and email.amazonses.com domains. If that does not help, please contact your mail service provider infolink.com.br to find out how to get rid of that Spam problem.

    Yes it was IN bounce list, for the reason indicated.

    I unblock it already.

    The problem was resolved including "amazonses.com' in whitelisting. Thank you all.
