Why I cannot navigate through submissions nor download them?

    Cannot download or get past page 1. need the rest of my rsvp list.

    I have checked this on my end and I can see it works fine, I can navigate through the submissions and download them as Excel or CSV report. 

    Does this happen when you're logged into your account or have you generated a submissions link? 

    I would suggest you to provide us the form where you're experiencing this issue and also take a screenshot of the web console, that will help us to know if there's something related to the issue you're getting. 

    These keyboard shortcuts will help you to get the console on your end: 

    Google Chrome:

    Mac: Command + Option + J

    Windows: Control + Shift + J

     

    Firefox:

    Windows: Ctrl+Shift+K

    Mac: Command+Option+K

    You could also try logging-in in from a different computer, this may also be a cache issue, please do let us know how it goes.
