How can I make the form page title consistent with the form name?

I renamed a form.  Most of the time the new name appears but the old name appears in two places: 1) On the form heading that the sender receives as a receipt and 2) on the form heading that is sent to the form owner.   In both cases, the correct name appears in the email "subject".    Is there anything I can do about this when renaming a form?
