Haven't heard back from half price student jot form application

My application was rejected yesterday at 1:40 so I re applied within half an hour and haven't had a reply today. I'm looking to go to ladies day on the 15th march and am worried my application won't be back in time to be able to get my race pass sent to me in time! 

JotForm is not responsible for any application process created by a JotForm user. That has to be solved with the users who created that form. So, please contact the form owner.
