I would like information on the space and submission limitations on my account. My form is about to reach its limit in real time.

On a free account you can receive 100 submissions per month. You have reached the limit for this month already. So, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan if you need to keep receiving submission for this month, or you can wait until the first day of the following month for the counter to reset.
