Submission emails names

On my registration form that I created, When i get the confirmation emails it is listing the field of Emergency Contact as the First person registration name. How can I change this to the registrant name?

The unique name for both "First Name"  fields are the same, please go to the properties of the "Fist Name" field under the emergency contact area, and change the unique name to something like "FirstNameEmergency", then delete your notification and create a new one: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
