Form displaying mobile version on the web pageAsked by AdminRSCM on March 09, 2017 at 01:24 PM
I just noticed that one of my forms looks off on live website- but looks fine in your jotform builder. See screenshot attached. For RSC Footer Form.
The name, phone and email should be on the same line
How can I fix this?
Can you please try re-embedding your form using the iFrame embed method and see if this help solve the issue? Here's the guide on Getting the form iFrame code.
It looks like there is an issue with the forms embedded on the webpage. They are displaying with mobile version due to the width of the section where the form is embedded. We have reported the issue to our backend team and once we have any update in this regard, you'll be posted here.
The issue should be fixed by now. Please check the web page and the form should be displaying correctly. Let us know if you notice any further issues with the form. We will be happy to take a look again.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
