    In our form with the title Krove Hosted PBX New Customer With Porting Rental

    we have a problem the icons over lap the product description.

    Also i have a question in the products page we have certain products that get sold where the sales person gets a commission on is there any way to calculate this and show it to the sales person

    i.e We sell hosted voip and each seat is $28.95 per month however the agent gets 8.95 per month times however many seats he or she sells. we need this for a couple of items.  how would we go about doing this? and then possible even sending an email to the agent with lets say there commission report

    Inject this CSS codes to your form, this should fix the overlap issue.

    .form-product-item {width: 100%;}

    With regards to your second question about calculating the commission, I'm afraid you can't achieve it with the product fields.

    There is a workaround but it would be a little complex since you are going to replace your product field with a regular checkbox fields so you can perform calculation on the selected product and the quantity for the commission. To perform calculation, use the calculation widget. Then pass the total amount to the payment field http://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-pass-a-calculation-to-a-payment-field for the final payment.

    If you need further assistance, let us know.
