JotForm displaying wrong version on my web page

Hi, 

So for some reason the wrong version of the form is showing up on my site.  It might be the mobile version or something, but all morning people were unable to fill out the form.  We have since made a number of the forms invisible so it now fits but still looks really bad.  The problem was only today, it did not happen yesterday.

Please help!
