Submissions not working

    Hello,

    Yesterday, we had 7 submissions of a form from 5 different locations. 6 submissions from 4 locations came through, though the person whose submission didn't come through to us did see the 'thank you' page! What's more is we have two people who receive each submission from this form, and neither one of them received the submission.

    Have you ever had this happen before, and can you help me understand how to fix this so it doesn't happen again?

    Hi,

    If I understand you correctly, you have received only 6 submissions out of 7 submissions, so there is one missing submission on your form?  If possible please give us the form URL in which you have encountered the issue so that we can further investigate. 

     What's more is we have two people who receive each submission from this form, and neither one of them received the submission.

    Did you mean it is happening on the Autoresponder email? Users of your form cannot receive an email confirmation of their submission? If you mean something else, please provide us more details so that we can check this further.
