My account has been auto suspended and I need it unlocked.

Your account has been auto suspended by the Anti-Phishing Tool. I checked your account and I noticed that two of your forms titled Habba Moedas Gratis has a high-level score of Phishing. Please note that using such those titles on the form is against our Terms of Use and it will trigger the Anti-Phishing Tool which will automatically suspend your account. 

As per further checking, the form doesn't contain any fields but only the submit button. I have now removed the form titles and re-activated your account. Please refrain this in doing this so that you will not be suspended again.
