How do payments work? We don't take creditcard or debit payments in our organization yet, do we need to set something up with our bank first? We do have internet banking, though no paypal account.

How does online consent work? We would like to have online registrations and consent forms for children's activities, but are not sure about the legality or online signatures.

Our insurance company requires that we have hard copies or backups of parental consent given for children's activities. Can we make printed hard copies? Do you retain consents on your servers? Can we download these files?

You need to have a payment processor which also must available in JotForm. Then, you can integrate your form with available Payment Tools in JotForm. I would suggest you please take a look at this guide: Order Form Basics.

You can start creating your form which looks like a consent form or online registration form. Here's a guide on How to create your first web form. Then, you can also add an E-signature to your form to get signatures from the submitters of your form.
