Can you please tell me why this form is now showing up as disabled?  We use this form in a business and cannot afford for it to be disabled.

This seems to happen every time that I edit the form.  Is there a way to keep it from being disabled in the future?

    Thanks,

    Larry Deaton

Hi Larry, thank you for contacting us.

I have resolved the issue. Your form should be working properly now.

Please note that your form "Clone of Liberated Recall Log" with ID 70677024576159 triggered our automatic form review systems because you're using words like "codes" and "expiration", so the form you mentioned above (https://form.jotform.com/61396486580164) was not the cause this time.

If you need further assistance please let us know. We will be happy to help. Thank you.

I created the Clone prior to modifying the original so that I had a backup in case I messed it up while modifying it.  Do you have a suggestion on how to do this in the future so that it doesn't trigger your automatic review system and cause it to be disabled?

    Thanks,

    Larry

    Hi again Larry,

I would just suggest that you avoid any words that are usually related to phishing or collecting sensitive information, but at the same time I wouldn't want you to worry because if anything similar happens in the future, rest assured that we are here to assist you and resolve it for you, provided that you continue to comply with our terms of use, just like you are doing.

I hope this helps. If you need further assistance please let us know. Thank you.
