Tried to validate the email from the link sent and got "NOT VALID LINK" so can't verify!

I have tried to replicate your issue on my side. I have created a new account and checked the Verification Email.
Please look at the following images:
I clicked the Verify Now button and I was directed to the JotForm verification page.
I didn't replicate any issue during the verification process. You issue may be a temporary issue. Please check again.
Could you please provide some other details about your issue? Which browser do you use? Please clear your browser caches and try in different browsers if you still replicate the issue.

Same problem for me - "Not a valid link". Tried this in Chrome and IE browsers.
